Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility of parts before purchase using the vehicle chassis/VIN number where applicable.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

We reserve the right to:

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, supplier delays, courier issues, or force majeure events.

Sovereign Motor Works is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Import taxes or duties charged by destination countries
  • Lost or damaged items after shipment handover to courier

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Electrical/electronic components
  • Special order items
  • Custom-made products
  • Used or installed parts

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sovereign Motor Works.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturer warranty terms where applicable.

Sovereign Motor Works is not responsible for:

  • Tuning-related damage
  • Labor costs
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Consequential damages

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Sovereign Motor Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from our store.

Customer assumes all responsibility for proper installation and usage of products.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, text, graphics, and images are the property of Sovereign Motor Works and may not be copied or used without permission.
