Brake Pump 1980-1998 (RH14073GMFSXR)

This is a fully reconditioned brake pump. Our reconditioning process involves initially stripping the pump down so that every component can be deep cleaned and inspected for wear. The body is then Aquablasted, ensuring that any rust or contamination is removed. Special care is taken to ensure that the castellated section of the main body is serviceable. Very often the teeth are damaged. We refinish any damaged teeth in order to allow continued use of the correct fitting tool (RH8428). The unit is then rebuilt with brand new O rings (GMF1022 & GMF1128), main spring (UR70731), inlet valve (UE9491), washer (UE9488), spacer ring (UE9494), seating ring (UE44864) RH14073GMFSXR, and circlip (XB14183LP). Once complete the unit is tested for full functionality on our hydraulic test rig which replicates, as closely as possible, the conditions that the pump would experience during normal operation on the vehicle. The finished pump is given a unique SM warranty number, which we log, and can refer to if needed.
